Appcellent Yazilim Hizmetleri A.S. ("Appcellent," "we," "our," or "us") operates the AI Coloring Page Generator mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Photos: When you choose to create a coloring page from a photo, the image you select is used to generate your coloring page. We access only the specific photos you choose; we do not access your entire photo library.
  • Text Prompts: The descriptions and text prompts you enter to generate coloring pages.
  • Preferences: Your in-app settings and generation preferences.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFV), and general device settings.
  • Usage Data: Interaction data such as features used, screens viewed, number of coloring pages generated, and session duration.
  • Purchase Data: Subscription status, purchase history, and transaction identifiers related to in-app purchases.
  • Analytics Data: We use third-party analytics services to understand how users interact with the App. This may include aggregated and anonymized usage statistics.

How AI Generation Works

To create your coloring pages, the photos and text prompts you submit are sent over a secure connection to our cloud infrastructure and to third-party AI service providers that perform the image generation. The generated coloring page is then returned to your device.

Photos and prompts are processed only to generate your requested coloring page. We do not use your photos to identify you, and we do not sell your photos or prompts. Submitted images and prompts may be temporarily stored to deliver the result and ensure service reliability, and are deleted after processing in accordance with the retention practices described below.

Information from Third-Party Services

  • RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect purchase receipts, device identifiers, and subscription status. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
  • Mixpanel: We use Mixpanel for analytics to improve the App experience. Mixpanel may collect usage events, device properties, and anonymized interaction data. For more information, see Mixpanel's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloud & AI Providers: We use cloud hosting and third-party AI image generation providers to process your photos and prompts and deliver your coloring pages. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

How We Use Your Information

  • Generate coloring pages from the photos and text prompts you submit.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide the App's services. Photos and text prompts submitted for generation are retained only as long as necessary to process your request and deliver the result, and are then deleted from our processing systems. Coloring pages you save remain on your device. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form and may be kept indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
